Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before.
Cancellation charge
- Cancellation notice at least 24 hours in advance : No
- Cancellation notice within 24 hours: 50% of the fee
- Cancellation without notice: 100% of the fee
Exceptions
In the event of cancellation of services due
to natural disasters, transportation

no cancellation fee will be charged.
