Cancellation notice at least 24 hours in advance : No
Cancellation notice within 24 hours: 50% of the fee
Cancellation without notice: 100% of the fee
Exceptions
In the event of cancellation of services due to natural disasters, transportation or other circumstances on the part of Sym Film, no cancellation fee will be charged.If possible, the service will be rescheduled for another date.
If we are unable to reschedule for another date, the fee will be refunded.
