Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before.

Cancellation charge

Cancellation notice at least 24 hours in advance : No
Cancellation notice within 24 hours: 50% of the fee
Cancellation without notice: 100% of the fee

Exceptions

In the event of cancellation of services due to natural disasters, transportation or other circumstances on the part of Sym Film, no cancellation fee will be charged.If possible, the service will be rescheduled for another date.
If we are unable to reschedule for another date, the fee will be refunded.

24時間前までのキャンセル連絡の場合：なし
24時間以内のキャンセル連絡の場合：料金の50％
連絡なしの無断キャンセルの場合：料金の100％

例外について

天災や交通機関による事情、Sym Film側の事情によるサービス中止の場合は、キャンセル料は発生しません。
可能な限り、別日に振替えます。別日振替えができない場合、料金を返金いたします。
